You enrolled for a Commercial eAPIS account if you are:

• An aircraft transporting passengers and/or cargo for some payment or other consideration, including money or services rendered; or

You enrolled for a Private Aviation eAPIS account if you are an aircraft engaged in a personal or business flight to or from the U.S. and you are not:

• Carrying passengers and/or cargo for commercial purposes; or
• Leaving the U.S. without passengers and/or cargo in order to pick-up passengers and/or cargo in a foreign area for commercial purposes; or
• Returning to the U.S. without passengers or cargo after leaving with passengers and/or cargo for commercial purposes.
