To reset your password:
- Enter your sender ID, email Address and a new password. Your password must be between sixteen and thirty-two
characters in length and must include at least one numeric character, one upper-case alphabetic character,
one lower-case alphabetic character, and one of the following special characters:
"~", "!", "@", "#", "$", "%", "^", "&", "*", "(", ")", "-", "_", "+", "=", "{", "}", "[", "]",
"\", "|", ";", ":", "/", "?", ".". Your Sender Id can not be part of the password, and no character can be
repeated consecutively more than two times.
- Re-enter your new password exactly as you entered it in the previous box.
- Select Update Password.
Remember your password! For security reasons, it cannot be retrieved from the system. After you
update your password, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your sender ID and a new activation key. In order to
continue using eAPIS, you will need to re-activate your account by logging in with your sender ID and new password, and
entering your activation key when prompted.
