To reset your password:

  1. Enter your sender ID, email Address and a new password. Your password must be between sixteen and thirty-two characters in length and must include at least one numeric character, one upper-case alphabetic character, one lower-case alphabetic character, and one of the following special characters: "~", "!", "@", "#", "$", "%", "^", "&", "*", "(", ")", "-", "_", "+", "=", "{", "}", "[", "]", "\", "|", ";", ":", "/", "?", ".". Your Sender Id can not be part of the password, and no character can be repeated consecutively more than two times.
  2. Re-enter your new password exactly as you entered it in the previous box.
  3. Select Update Password.

Remember your password! For security reasons, it cannot be retrieved from the system. After you update your password, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your sender ID and a new activation key. In order to continue using eAPIS, you will need to re-activate your account by logging in with your sender ID and new password, and entering your activation key when prompted.
